Graduation and Promotion Requirements
Longstreth follows the School District of Philadelphia’s Official Guidelines when considering promotion, graduation, or retention of scholars in grades 1-8.
Permission Forms
- School Trip Permission Form – Scholars going on school trips will receive a school district permission form. This form must be completely filled in, signed by a parent or guardian and returned to the teacher. This link is for an emergency copy of the form.
- Use of Media on School District Website – This policy outlines the guidelines for use of all media on the SDP website.
Extracurricular Activities
Each year we try to present a variety of options for after school support and/or enrichment, including:
- Math & Science Club
- Girl/Boys Basketball Team
- Intramural Sports – Lacrosse, Soccer and Football
Please check with teachers for the availability of these extra curricular offerings for the 2017-2018 school year.
